A Reputation for Superior Service

We recently got cited for not having a remote emergency stop on our generator. Its been in service since the early 90’s. Our generator service provider gave us a quote which involved also needing and electrician. Our Electrician also gave us a quote which involved hiring the generator service provider.  We reached out to Aperture and discussed our situation, they sent us and emergency stop button, and very detailed instructions on how to install it. We had our facilities team install the kit, without outsourcing either contractors.

Our Facility had a natural gas issue, the utility company asked what the cubic feet per hour demand was needed for the generator. I, like most people, had absolutely no clue where my 11 year old generator manual was. I spoke to Aperture and they gave me the information we needed, and even mentioned to check the pressure while it was running!
